Refund and Cancellation Policy

The annual service begins with time-sensitive research and a customized audit. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Canceling future renewal

You may cancel future annual renewal at any time by emailing hello@servicesai.tech. Cancellation stops the next annual charge. Monitoring continues through the annual term already paid for.

Initial annual payment

Because work may begin shortly after payment, contact us promptly if you purchased by mistake. A refund request made before substantive audit work begins may be approved. Once customized audit work has begun or the initial report has been delivered, the annual payment is generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where ServicesAI.tech does not provide the purchased service.

Implementation payments

Implementation work is governed by its accepted scope. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed, costs already incurred, and the terms provided with that engagement.

How to request help

Email hello@servicesai.tech with the business name, purchase email, and the reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or website passwords.
