Terms of Service

These terms govern the ServicesAI.tech website visibility audit, annual monitoring service, and any separately approved implementation work.

Annual visibility service

The $199 annual service includes one initial human-reviewed GEO and SEO visibility audit, a prioritized action plan, monthly monitoring for material changes, new recommendations when meaningful issues or opportunities are found, and a fresh complete audit at renewal. The fee is paid upfront for the annual term.

Monitoring and recommendations

Monitoring is performed monthly, but a new report is not promised every month. ServicesAI.tech does not create unnecessary or repetitive recommendations merely to show activity. Recommendations reflect the information and search conditions reasonably available at the time of review.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, crawling, indexing, traffic, leads, sales, and inclusion in AI-generated answers are controlled by third parties and customer decisions. No specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or AI-placement result is guaranteed.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing recommendations before implementation, maintaining lawful website content, and obtaining any permissions required to change a website you do not personally control.

Implementation work

Implementation is not included in the $199 annual service. Focused work starts at $499 and larger engagements start at $999, but final scope and price depend on the audit findings, website platform, access requirements, and site condition. Work begins only after scope and price are accepted separately.

Renewal and cancellation

The annual service renews every 12 months unless future renewal is canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the term already purchased. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for additional details.
